My Daily Work à Mass Actions à HR activities à Activity Cost Items Batch Posting
1. This mass action can be utilized to post an activity cost item for a group of employees; who have been already enrolled at an HR activity.
2. Specify & apply required search criteria at the provided advanced filter; Searching link.
3. Press Select link to check employees listed, as a result of the applied filtering criteria.
4. Click Apply link to specify batch details, in terms of the following:
o Specify the data relevant to the activity at which the selected employees have been enrolled.
o Specify Activity Cost Item Data.
o Select the relevant ‘Activity Event’.
5. Click Post to post the required activity cost item to a batch of employees.
Tips
§ The ‘Activity’ field is mandatory.
§ Upon selecting the required ‘Activity’, the system will
reload the page to retrieve the ‘Activity Event’ drop down list which displays
the activity events; belonging to this activity.
