My Daily Work à System Setup à General Admin & Securityà Alert Subscriptions.

1.      To add a new record, click New, to change click Edit.

2.      To configure an Alert Subscription record, enter the following data:

o   Enter Alert Subscription basic information, in terms of Code & Subscription Name in both languages.

o   Select Subscription Type, whether it is a (Query Subscription) to dynamically retrieve a list of subscribers according to the subscription query, or is it (Direct Subscription) where a list of subscribers emails is inserted at the 'Direct – To', 'Direct – CC', and 'Direct – BCC'.

o   Copy Subscription: The system provides a user with the capability of taking an exact copy from these subscription details under a different code from this very subscription.

Note that, this screen is entirely set via HITS Implementer/System Administrator.
