BATCH TRAINING ENROLLMENT

My HR à Self Serviceà Training à Batch Training Enrollment.

1.      Apply proper filtering criteria for employees who will be enrolled at the required training events.

2.      Select the required employees via the provided check boxes.

3.      Select certain training activity, training category or specify certain enrollment duration, to filter upon loaded events via ‘Find Events’ link.

4.      Select ‘Find Event’ to Search for training for these employees.

5.      Mark ‘ With Workflow’ to submit checked events at the set workflow cycle(s) for these employees. If not checked, the system will post ‘Requested’ training records for the joined events.

6.      Then press ‘Apply Batch’ link to post the specified training events enrollment records upon the selected employees.
