Business Group.
1. To change, click Edit.
2. To configure a Business Group record, specify the following data:
o Enter Business Group basic information.
o Specify Human Resources Defaults for employees hired upon this business group.
o Insert valid Accounts Policy data.
o Insert proper names for the major Vacation Categories at this BG; along with selecting Regional Options, Alerting Data & RDL Data.
o Upload organization Logo & enter Company Profile text, if required.
o IP Range: Use this link to enable an organization to grant system access to specific static IP address range. This feature will maintain security of logon for system users upon each business group.
o User Defaults: Use this link to configure default setup for newly registered users.
o System Configuration: used to enable/disable some functionalities in system workflow pages.
o System Page Categories: used to classify and design company policy page with downloadable material for system users.
o System Regular Expression: used to apply regular expressions on some system fields like user password with certain complexity rules.

§ Note that, this screen setup should be entirely implemented by
HITS Implementers.
§ Each Business Group represents a group of employees sharing
one Database with major default characteristics.
