My Daily Workà Mass Actionà Document à Documents Batch Posting (Employees/Applicants)
1. This mass action can be utilized to post or delete a document record(s) for a group of employees/applicants.
2. Specify & apply required search criteria at the provided advanced filter; Searching link.
3. Press Select link to check employees/applicants listed, as a result of the applied filtering criteria.
4. Click Apply link to specify batch details, in terms of the following:
o Specify Document Data & required posting options.
o Specify the document issue & expiration data.
5. Click Post to post the required document record(s) to a batch of employees/applicants.
6. Click Delete to delete the specified document record(s) for the selected group of employees/applicants.
Tips
§ The system provides the capability of synchronizing
“Document” & “Recruitment” modules, in order to enable users to make use of
the following:
ü Searching for attachments.
ü Adjusting & sending the alerts relevant to the documents
required to be delivered by the applicants.
ü Posting & deleting the document records via using a
batch.
ü Displaying the “Document” User Defined Fields at the
applicants’ document records.
§ An applicant ID is displayed at the Select link form
in terms of his/her Profile ID appended to the assignment number of the
application.
