Employee Status.
1. To add a new record, click New, to change click Edit.
2. To configure an Employee Status record, enter the following data:
o Enter Employee Status details basic information such as unique code & its Status and Payroll Status.
o User can select from radio bottom; Voluntary, In Voluntary or None
o If the employee change of status will cause him/her to move from one business group to another, a user may check ‘□ Move In/ Out’ option.
o If the user wants to make the employee to be counted may check □ Include In Head Count.
3.
User can Determines the validation period
from start date to end date, also can attach any file determining its
Description & Entry date.
