To enter an HR Budget
record, apply the following steps:
o Select the
required Budget & Calendar to retrieve Currency & Year
respectively.
o Activate the required budget dimension via provided check boxes.
Then apply required selections for budget items via provided ‘Search Lens’
buttons.
o Press the Load link to load the budget data.
o Enter planning
details for this budget; either via provided grid or via exporting this data to
Excel, and enter budget entries, then import & save.
o Save
Current Period:
Press this link to save these budget entries at the selected period.
o Save All Periods: Press this link to save all
entries at all periods.
