INSURANCE RULES

My Daily Work à System Setup à Payroll à Insurance Rules.

1.      To add a new record, click New, to change click Edit.

2.      To configure an Insurance Rule record, enter the following data:

o   Specify the required information relevant to this insurance rule Basic Data, currency and the Maximum Fixed & Variable Values.

o   Enter rounding value; ‘Round to (value)’ field. Then, select the proper rounding method from the provided ‘Method’ drop down list.

o   Specify the Insurance Percentages for (Employee Share) & (Company Share) as per the country insurance rule.

o   Insurance Rules History: Enter the historical Maximum Fixed & Variable Values; along with specifying the Start Date for this historical rule.

3.      User can Determines the validation period from start date to end date, also can attach any file determining its Description & Entry date.
