Misconduct Batch Posting Based on Time Reading.
‘Misconduct Batch Posting based on Time Reading’ mass action is responsible for posting any Misconduct record associated with a short time configured to affect misconduct, as per ‘Time Shifts’ setup and ‘Time Rule’ setup applied on an employee. This misconduct record posted may vary in its impact upon an employee, as per the number of repetitions for this very misconduct. Also it may have a financial impact, in case the misconduct reaction was a (Fine), which will be applied upon payroll via using ‘Get Misconduct Records’ mass action.
In case ‘□ Post to Misconduct’ at Time Rule was checked and a ‘Misconduct’ was selected at a short time record at ‘Time Shifts’ setup, then a user can utilize this mass action, as follows:
1. Select required employees via provided advanced filter, or depend on the selected Payroll Group at the third batch form.
2. Then select the proper Time Rule, which includes a check mark upon ‘□ Post to Misconduct’.
3. Enter the required From – To range of dates during which the system will trace short time records affecting misconduct for these employees.
4. Specify misconduct record Status and the Workflow Doc, in case of (Submitted) status.
5. A user can press Print link to check a relevant report before posting & keep a printed version, if required.
6. Then press Post link to post the traced misconduct records relevant to short time for these employees.
