NEW APPLICATION - RECRUITMENT

1.      To add a new record, click New, to change click Edit.

2.      To define a New Application record to apply for this applicant at a certain vacancy, enter the following data:

o   Specify the required details relevant to the application basic data, vacancy data & relevant offer details.

o   Appraisal: Select the appraisal template that will be utilized to assess this applicant during vacancy interview; along with specifying the appraisers/recruiters who will assess this applicant via this appraisal template.

o   Document: Append any relevant attachments during applying for a certain vacancy, if any. Hence, the system will retrieve all these documents at the “Document” module upon hiring.

3.      Press My Form to enter the relevant ‘My Form’ data, if any.

4.      Press Interviews to schedule the required interviews for this applicant.

5.      Press Hire Now to hire this employee, as per the application assignment data.

6.      Cost: A user can enter the total cost that the organization will pay to publish these vacancies via this recruitment activity.
