1. Select & specify the required information at the Document Data Information, Receiving Information, & Change of Status Information sections relevant to document record.
2. Specify My Form entries, if any.
3. Then press Save.
4. This document record may be displayed at the grid with a yellow background color, in case this document was required by the organization. However, this document record may be displayed at the grid with a light blue background color, in case this document was not required by the organization.
