How to avail Dashboard
Objectives ‘Dashboard’ comprises 3 main partitions demonstrating; dashboard graph, dashboard info & dashboard recap.
Dashboard Graph – ‘Employee Objectives’
This partition demonstrates a graph; which displays assigned objectives for this employee as per the period specified by the user.
o X-axis Relevance: signifies the required period, in terms of duration & its demonstration.
o Y-axis Relevance: indicates displayed ‘Assigned Objective’ code.
o
Graph Bar Tooltip: referring to the objective name & category. Also it lists both
assignment duration dates per objective, along with mentioning its weight in
comparison with the rest of other objectives.
o
Graph Bar Report: preview or print a report which displays full objectives assignment
details during the selected periods; in terms of objective category, name,
status, Appraisal & Assignment dates & the objective weight.
Dashboard Info – ‘Employee Objectives Appraisals’
This partition lists some details relevant to each objective & the appraisal template at which it was assessed within the selected ‘Period’ at this partition. Thus, each record at this partition lists each objective name; its assignment duration; along with the appraisal template name at which this objective was assessed, & also the appraisal date.
o Note that, a user can check a full report relevant to each listed appraisal template & assessment details, via provided appraisal template name link.
Dashboard Recap – ‘Objectives Totals’
This partition lists summary details for
approved assigned objectives within the current year period, by default.
Accordingly, the first two fields will display the range of dates at which
approved objectives are assigned within the current year, in terms of start
& end dates for these objectives. In addition, this section will mention
the total count of approved objectives within this current year period; along
with their total weights. Hence, the range of dates is editable to refresh
partition data within a different range.
Manipulating “Objectives” Records Grid
o To Change a record, press the relevant icon per record to edit objectives details that were saved at a prior instance.
o To Delete a record, press the provided icon , then click ‘Ok’ at the verification form, in case of omitting an incorrect record.
o To check Details report per record, use the same icon to check relevant report per record.
o To append any attachment relevant to this record, utilize the Attach icon .
