OVER & SHORT PREVIOUS MONTH

My HR à Self Service à Time Management à Over & Short Previous Month.

1.      Select the required employee to enter manual sign-in and sign out timings.

2.      Select the previous period from the provided drop down list.

3.      In case an employee has an assigned shift, put a check mark inside the provided check box to specify whether the employee attended the shift as per its standard predefined duration or not.

4.      In case there are no assigned shifts, two duration fields are provided for users to enter sign-in and sign out date and time; along with putting a check mark at the relevant check box to record attendance details.

5.      Press ‘Load’ link to refresh the data.

6.      Then press ‘Save’ link to keep the entered records.
