My Daily Work à Mass Actions à Benefits à Post Benefit Items for Employees
1. This mass action can be utilized to post or delete a benefit item for a group of employees; who were already enrolled at a relevant benefit (plan-option).
2. Specify & apply required search criteria at the provided advanced filter; Searching link.
3. Press Select link to check employees listed, as a result of the applied filtering criteria.
4. Click Apply link to specify batch details, in terms of the following:
· Specify Benefit Plan Data & required benefit enrollment range of dates.
· Specify required ‘Activity Date’ duration for the selected benefit item(s), as the ‘Activity Date’ is configured for each benefit item at System Setup à Benefit à Benefit Plans à Plan Options à items à Occurrence Every/Posting Date.
· Check ‘□ Overwrite Existing Values’ option to replace the current values of the selected benefit item(s) by the new value; specified at this batch.
· Specify Benefit Item Data & required Posting Options.
· Key in Amount for the posted benefit item(s), whether a numerical value or a benefit item equation.
5. Click Post to post the required benefit item(s) to a batch of employees.
6. Click Delete to delete the specified benefit item(s) for the selected group of employees, regardless of its amount.
