My HR à Self Service à Benefit à POST BENEFIT PLANS
1. This mass action can be utilized to post or delete a benefit plan for a group of employees.
2. Specify & apply required search criteria at the provided advanced filter; Searching link.
3. Press Select link to check employees listed, as a result of the applied filtering criteria.
4. Click Apply link to specify batch details, in terms of the following:
a. Specify Benefit Plan Data, Option & required benefit enrollment range of dates.
b. Specify Benefit Item Data & required Posting Options.
c. Specify the coverage amount and the compensation levels .
d. Check Close other plan if user need to close any other Benefit plan(s)
5. Click Post to post the required benefit plan(s) to a batch of employees.
6. Click Delete to delete the specified benefit plan(s) for the selected group of employees, regardless of its amount.
