RECRUITMENT ACTIVITIES

My Daily Work à System Setup à Recruitment à Recruitment Activities.

1.      To add a new record, click New, to change click Edit.

2.      To configure a Recruitment Activity record, enter the following data:

o   Specify Recruitment Activity Basic data, Type, Supplier.

o   Cost: A user can enter the total cost that the organization will pay to publish these vacancies via this recruitment activity.

o   Cost Currency: Select the currency used for determining the amount of the cost that was entered.

o   Activity date: Enter the date at which the selected vacancies will be published via this recruitment activity

o   Specify whether this vacancy will be published upon the organization website or not via the provided check box.

o   Vacancies: Add any predefined vacancies that will be published via this recruitment activity, via provided advanced filter.

o   Description: Enter full description for the recruitment activity.

3.      User can Determines the validation period from start date to end date, also can attach any file determining its Description & Entry date.
