1. To add a new record, click New, to change click Edit.
2. To configure a Self Service Group record, enter the following data:
o Enter Self Service Group basic information.
o Group Members: Select the members of this group who will be managed by the relevant assigned role persons.
o Select Profile: Select the relevant role persons from the provided advanced filter.
o Group Role’s Persons: Select role name and persons who will be assigned to manage the workflow of the relevant group members through Select Profile.
