How to avail Dashboard
Training ‘Dashboard’ comprises 3 main partitions demonstrating; dashboard graph, dashboard info and dashboard recap.
Dashboard Graph – ‘Training Planner’
This partition demonstrates a graph; which displays training events at which this employee is enrolled, as per the period specified by the user.
o X-axis Relevance: signifies the required period, in terms of duration and its demonstration.
o Y-axis Relevance: indicates displayed ‘Training Event’ code.
o Graph Bar Tooltip: refers to the event name and the start and end date for this event; as per the specified period duration.
o Graph Bar Report: preview or print a report which displays full details for the event configuration; in terms of event data, sessions and booked resources.
Dashboard Info – ‘Suggested Training for Employee’
This partition lists any suggested training events for this employee, as per his/her current competencies’ levels and the organization requirements in comparison with training event development impact. Note that, the ‘Career Path & Succession Planning’ mass action posts records[CM2] for suggested events for employees, based on ‘Required Training Based on Competencies Gaps’ or ‘Required Job Training’.
Dashboard Recap – ‘Last Approved Changes’
This partition lists all training events attended by this employee; along with the start date and timing per event; as per relevant setup. In addition, it will display the total number of hours for each event versus the total number of hours attended by the employee.
Manipulating “Training” Records Grid
§ To Change a record, press the relevant icon per record to training details saved at a prior instance. Note that, the following links will be provided per event record at the edit mode:
o Update Competency: Press this link to add any updates taking place on the employee competencies’ levels after attending this event.
o Request workflow order: to request workflow cycle of approval for the record .
o Cost Items: Add any cost items’ details, as required.
o Evaluation: Add the details of training assessment relevant to tackled subjects, booked resources, and hired trainer(s); along with any required questions.
o Appraisal Evaluation: Enter the evaluation criteria to assess this trainee. Most commonly, the template may include ‘Questions’ to apply a sort of an exam to the trainee; otherwise, it can assess the development at ‘Competencies’ levels after training.
o Attachments: Append any required attachments relevant to this record.
§ To Delete a record, press the provided icon , then click ‘Ok’ at the verification form, in case of omitting an incorrect record.
§ To check Details report per record, use the same icon to check relevant report per record.
§ To append any attachment relevant to this record, utilize the Attach icon.
§ Note that, any event enrollment record will have a yellow background color at the grid, while any saved additional training record will be displayed with a light blue background color.
