“My Daily Work” Navigation Tap à “System Setup” Icon à “Appraisal” Tab

Assigned users can utilize this tab to configure setup details for employees Appraisal, as per organization policy. Note that, after finalizing the relevant configurations, then each user will only be able to access & manage certain interface screens, as per rights granted by each ‘User Group’ to which each user belongs.
