1. To add a new record, click New, to change click Edit.
2. To configure a Vacancy record, enter the following data:
o
Vacancy no.: The system generates automatically an auto
number for each vacancy, upon saving the vacancy record. Hence, the numbers of
the available application forms can be monitored and organized.
o Specify Vacancy Basic Data, the validation (Start-End) dates for this vacancy & categories.
o Specify whether this vacancy will be published upon the organization website or not via the provided check box.
o Number of opening; Enter the
number of the available positions or jobs at this vacancy.
o
A user may enter a unique alphanumeric entry at this field
as a reference for this vacancy.
o Select the Assignment Data relevant to this vacancy.
3. Agents: Through this link, a user can define the Agent Type, Name & Services.
4. Budget Check: This link allows the user to check the budget by selecting the budget name & Date.
5. User can attach any file determining its Description & Entry date.
