ENTER MANUAL TIME KEEPING RECORDS

My Daily Work à Mass Actions à Time Managementà Enter Manual Time Keeping

1.      This mass action can be utilized to enter time keeping records manually for a group of employees. It can be used, in case there was malfunction in the used Time Keeping machine(s), in case of deactivating the inaccurate records and adding new correct ones or in case of adding sign in/out time keeping records; missed by some employees.

2.      Specify & apply required search criteria at the provided advanced filter; Searching link.

3.      Press Select link to check employees listed, as a result of the applied filtering criteria. Then select only one active employee via pressing ‘Select’ link; provided per employee record.

4.      Click Apply link to specify batch details, in terms of the following:

a.      Specify the New Time Keeping Record details.

b.      Check the historical time Management records for this employee via displayed Time Keeping Records grid, if required.

5.      Click Add to insert the new time Management record for this employee.

6.      Utilize the ‘Active/Inactive’ link; provided per time keeping record at the displayed grid, in order to activate or deactivate any of the listed time keeping records for this active employee.

Tip

§  This mass action is used to add a new time Management record for an active employee within the current period.
