“My Daily Work” Navigation Tap à “System Setup” Icon à “HR Activities” Tab
Assigned users can utilize this tab to configure “HR Activities”
setup details to plan various activities for employees at an organization.
These HR activities can be scheduled in terms of events; along with the
capability of specifying the required Activity Roles; that will be assigned
upon the enrolled employees, per HR Activity setup record. In addition,
assigned users can select the required predefined Activity Resources per HR
Activity setup record. However, ‘Activity Event’ setup form can be utilized to
book the required Activity Event Resources, as per the
relevant HR activity resources. Note that, after finalizing the relevant
configurations, then each user will only be able to access & manage certain Interface screens, as per rights
granted by each ‘User Group’ to which each user belongs.
