Load Default Shifts
1. Apply the required selections to load a specific group of employees.
2. Specify the period date Form / To.
3. Refresh Readings: This option is used to refresh the in/out readings of a selected group of employees within the specified period. This refreshment process is just to let the application detect the new modifications done in the system setup such as adding new time lines in the “Time Keeping System” or amending the setup of “Time Rules” or “Time Shifts”. This option applies the same behavior of the new Time Keeping report no. 1621.
4. Load Default Shifts: This option is used to assign the default shift specified in the “Time Rules” setup on the selected group of employees within the specified period. This will be done only if those employees have no assigned shifts within the selected period.
5. Reload Default Shifts: This option is used to reassign the default shift specified in the “Time Rules” setup on the selected group of employees within the specified period. This will be done whether those employees have assigned shifts or not within the selected period.
