1. Apply the required selections to load a specific group of employees; either to post vacation records or to assign shifts as per the user need.
2. Press ‘Load’ link, so that the system can retrieve the group of employees complying with the specified selections.
3. Select the required Shift/Vacation from the provided drop down list.
4. Start to assign shifts or to specify vacation types per employee via simple clicks on the displayed calendar.
5. Press ‘Save’ link, in order to keep the new entries, a user may also press ‘Submit’ link as per granted rights.
6. A user may press ‘Approve’ link, in order to verify
and approve these entries as per granted rights.

Approve
all: This check box provided for batch
selection for employees, in case a user wants
to approve all entries.
8. Submit: A user could press ‘Submit’ link as per granted rights and accessibility.
9. Submit All: : This check box provided for batch selection for employees, in case a user wants to Sumbit all entries.
10. Preview: This link displays a comprehensive report including the applied shift assignments, as per the selected ‘Period’.
11. Discrepancy: This link can be utilized by higher roles to compare discrepancies between these three types of entries
12. Load Default: Upon pressing this link, and confirming upon the following verification message, the system will disregard the current shift assignment entries and will retrieve the latest saved Default shift assignment for this group of employees.
13. Load Default All: Upon pressing this link, and confirming upon the following verification message, the system will disregard the current shift assignment entries and will retrieve the latest saved Default shift assignment for this batch of employees.
