My Daily Work à Mass Actionsà Payroll à Points Calculation & Distribution

1.      This mass action can be utilized to to Calculate Employees Bonus by transforming it to points and Distribute it.

2.      Specify & apply required search criteria at the provided advanced filter; Searching link.

3.      Press Select link to check employees listed, as a result of the applied filtering criteria.

4.      Click Apply link to specify batch details, in terms of the following:

a.      Specify Points Data by filling these Distribution Amount, Fixed Amount Paycode which will reflect at the payroll, Deduced Amount & and the max amount will the employee reach to .

5.      Click View results to check the results at the Points Result fields  , View details to check the whole details of the bonus changed  or update to  post it for filtered employees.
