1.      To add a new record, click New, to change click Edit.

2.      To configure a Rating Scale record, enter the required Code & Name for this rating scale.

o   Proficiency Level: Define competency proficiency levels details, in terms of equivalent Level Order, Name, Percent & Behavioral Indicator at this very rating scale.

3.      User can Determines the validation period from start date to end date

4.      User can attach any file determining its Description & Entry date.
