“Benefits” tab is utilized to set up benefits details; whether they are affecting payroll or not. These benefits are provided by an organization for some employees for compensation & encouraging purposes. For instance: medical insurance, cars, education & training fees, etc. Note that, the benefit ‘Eligibility Profiles’ should be configured first to enable a user to manage the enrollment criteria per benefit plan. In case, “Self Service & Workflow” is available at an organization, an employee can request benefit plan enrollment.
