My Daily Work à Mass Actions à Payroll à Send Social Security Details

1.      This mass action can be utilized to export Social Security details to an external file. This exported file can be sent with a certain format; which is compatible with the Governmental Social Security System; like the Kuwaiti Social Security System.

2.      Select required ‘Employer’ from the predefined drop down list.

3.      Select required ‘Currency’ for the amounts that will be exported.

4.      Select required ‘Format’ from the provided built-in list which includes two hard coded formats; (Social Security) & (Security Deduction). Also more formats can be added, as per the customer’s request.

5.      Select required ‘File Format’ from the provided built-in list; (Text) or (Excel).

6.      Enter required ‘From’-‘To’ duration within which the insurance amounts will be calculated & posted to the proclaimed governmental authority that is responsible for managing & monitoring social security details.

7.      Click Send link to export the social security data for the selected employer. Then, the exported file can be opened or saved at the required location, in order to be sent to the proclaimed governmental authority that is responsible for managing & monitoring social security details.
