My Daily Work à Employee Files à Profile “function area”à Traces.

1.      To add a new record, click New, to change click Edit.

2.      To configure a Trace record for this employee, specify the required Trace Text, Dates & whether it was done.

Tip

§  This feature is provided for backward compatibility; in case of not having “General Admin & Security” Module, as it acts as a simplified reminder. To follow this simplified reminder, a user may check a report on daily basis via the following path; My Daily Work à Reportsà Profileà 283 Employee Traces Detail in order to trace what is required to be done for each employee.
