My Daily Work à Mass Actions à Trainingà Training Cost Items Batch Posting
1. This mass action can be utilized to post a training cost item for a group of employees who have been already enrolled at a certain training event.
2. Specify & apply required search criteria at the provided advanced filter; Searching link.
3. Press Select link to check employees listed, as a result of the applied filtering criteria.
4. Click Apply link to specify batch details, in terms of the following:
o Specify cost item data & select the relevant training event.
5. Click Post to post the required training cost item to a batch of employees.
Tips
§ The selected employees should have been enrolled first at the
specified training event with an ‘Enroll Status’; (Attended) or (Placed).
§ The training cost items can be checked or posted via
utilizing the ‘Cost Items’ link; provided at the edit mode of each training
event record at the Training module
main grid.
