1. To add a new record, click New, to change click Edit.
2. To configure a Training Enrollment Policy record, enter the following data:
o Enter Policy basic information, in terms of Code & Name.
o Specify the required enrollment policy criteria that can be applied on a certain activity or all activities, in order to monitor training enrollment within the organization, via either warning or prevention. Therefore, to activate any of these three criteria per policy record, put a check mark at the provided check box per policy rule.
ü □ Training Count: Mark this option, to specify a minimum and a maximum number of training events that an employee is eligible to be enrolled at during a certain period; either for a specific activity or for all activities as a whole.
ü □ Last Training Score: Mark this option, in case an employee’s score at the last attended event was less than the minimum score specified for a certain training activity or for all training activities.
ü □ Total Cost: Mark this option, in case the total training cost paid exceeded the maximum limit specified within a certain period. In addition, a user can select the type of currency that will be used while entering the minimum and maximum total cost limits.
