1.      To add a new record, click New, to change click Edit.

2.      To configure an Evaluation Question record, enter the following data:

o   Enter Evaluation Question basic information; along with specifying Question Type and Difficulty Level.

o   Question Groups: Select question group(s) to which this question belongs.

o   Question Options: Define question options, in case the question type is one-selection or multi-selection.

o   Subjects: Select the subjects that will be evaluated by this question.

3.      Accept comment: Put a check mark here, so that a user can enter comment during answering this question at the trainee evaluation template.
